How do I request a ride?
Once you’ve set your location and vehicle option, tap “Request Ride” to request your ride.
Ho do I contact my driver?

After you’ve set your pickup location and entered a destination, tap Fare Estimate to see the range of fares for your trip.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Not yet, but HITCH will be adding this feature in the future.
Can I request more than one vehicle at a time with HITCH?
If your party cannot be accommodated by a single vehicle, have multiple people in your group request rides . We offer vehicle options accommodating up to 7 people.
If no one else in your group has a HITCH account, you can invite them to sign up from the main menu of your app . As a bonus, both you and your friend will receive the referral promotion.
How do I update my profile information?
Why am I seeing a $2.00 charge every time I make a ride request?
We apologise for the confusion and would be happy to explain.
The $2.00 seen after each ride request is a pre-ride authorisation to ensure our users have a valid payment at the time of each request.
Please note this is an authorisation only and is released immediately after the request is complete.

How do I change my email or phone number?
How do I update my payment information in the HITCH app?
To update your payment information:
- Open the HITCH App menu by tapping the three horizontal lines at the top left corner.
- Select “Wallet” to add, edit, or delete payment methods.
Please note that our wallet feature is geofenced, meaning you can only manage payment methods while in Bermuda.
If you’re outside Bermuda, simply refresh the HITCH App once you arrive and add your desired card.
