Surcharges
Rides between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM: 25% surcharge applies.
Rides on Sunday or a Public Holiday: 25% surcharge applies.
Luggage Fees
Parcels inside the cab: Free
In the boot or on the roof: $1.00 per piece
Scheduled Rides
$19.99 fee applies to all scheduled rides.
Wait Time
Charged when your taxi is stationary after the ride has started. This includes traffic delays or in-ride stops requested by
the customer.
Technology Fee
Flat rate fee per ride to support platform initiatives, upgrades, and operational costs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling more than two minutes after your ride is accepted: Fee equal to the base fare of your journey.
Scheduled rides cancelled within 6 hours of pickup: Fee equal to the scheduled ride booking fee.
Contact [email protected] if you believe a cancellation fee should be waived due to special circumstances.
Settlement Currency
All charges are settled in USD. Your card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees – please check with them for details.
